What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused bikes in their original packaging. If you're not completely satisfied with your ride, simply contact our support team to initiate a return. Return shipping fees may apply.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes! Every Cycle for Joy bike comes with a clear lifetime warranty on the frame and a 1-year warranty on components (excluding wear and tear items like tires and brake pads).
Do your bikes come fully assembled?
Our bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to attach the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and seat. We provide all the necessary tools and a comprehensive guide to help you get rolling in no time.
How do I maintain my electric bike battery?
To extend your battery life, charge it regularly and avoid letting it completely drain. Store the battery in a cool, dry place and avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures for prolonged periods.
How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your bike leaves our warehouse.
